Hencroft bokylla

The Laura Ashley Hencroft one-drawer bookcase blends influence from midcentury style and contemporary weathered finishes to deliver a distinctive and modern design. A beautiful lattice marquetry design is carefully placed across the fullwidth drawer, gracefully accentuated with antiqued finger-pull handles. Further storage comes in the form of two fixed and two adjustable shelves whilst the drawer runs traditionally on the carcase; all set within a chamfered frame resting upon classically midcentury legs, splayed at just the right angle. The solid bayur and mindi veneer is carefully stained with a grey-brown tint, which brings out the characteristic high and low notes of the grain and mimics a weathered appearance before the finish protective lacquer is applied.
